Business Outlook
Pros
The culture at Glassbox is one that encourages team work. If you need help on anything, you simply have to ask. Even the senior management team will help out if asked. There's a passion here to do right by the customer, too, which is very enlightening. Furthermore, when companies see Glassbox in action, they immediately see the value that the solution provides.
Cons
The only one I can think of is that the company is distributed all over the globe. Same with our clients. So - it's sometimes difficult to organize conference calls that are convenient for everyone because people are in different time zones. On a plus note, though, everyone is accommodating, so it's never been an issue for me.
