Pros

Some of the people are great. Flexible working.

Cons

A lot of unnecessary friction working with other departments. Toxic and gaslighting environment to work in, not pleasant.

It was a nightmare; only the benefits in this place were good.

Cons

Sick culture Organization that lets senior Management bully its employees. Check the Employee turnover rate it is very high.

Pros

Cutting edge tech. Huge scale, serving the biggest companies in the world. Can do attitude in the areas that matter.

Cons

Glassbox has been struggling for the last couple of years due to weaknesses in the business departments, specifically in sales and customer success areas. There was a culture of mediocre professionals who constantly whined, moaned, and blamed the product. This culture still partially exists, but recent changes are 'cleaning out' those individuals, paving the way for a fresh start and an improved organization.
