good vibes from most of the teams and people, Some teams have good knowledge sharing while others are less eager to cooperate and share/teach you new things.

Cons

One of the founders still works at the company, he calls the shots no matter what the CEO say ,this guy has the final say and things will happen according to his way or the highway. some teams will NOT share knowledge and you might find yourself working too many hours due to poor planning

nothing at all. realy bad company

Cons

They like to stress and are always not happy with you. You can't take one day off spontaneously, it's met with angry faces about how you didn't think to notify in advance. People are afraid to take sick days even when they are really sick, even during the Corona period. Unlawfully dismissed. There is no understanding regarding parents who have to take their children out of kindergarten
