      Pros

      I had a great work experience. The work was flexible and hybrid, which allowed me to have a good work-life balance. I gained a lot of experience and learned a lot from the people I worked with. The vibes were good and everyone was friendly and supportive.

      Pros

      - Glassbox has a really interesting product, for someone who likes a good challenge and complex interfaces like me it's perfect. - The company is not to small (like that crazy startup phase) and not too big (so there's room for impact). - The people are very friendly, welcoming and cooperative and there's a good vibe :) It's fun to come to the office. - There are a lot of knowledge sharing initiatives. - It's hybrid, so I can work from the office or from home in a good balance. - HR are investing a lot in making our day to day fun and are creative with special events.

      Cons

      There was an organizational change moving to squads so some processes are still optimizing, but we're getting there :)
