Nice, cooperative people. Smart product. Technology. Good atmosphere. Management is open to feedback.

Cons

Could have a better hybrid policy (currently 2 remote days a week). Too many meetings culture.

Product is better than competitors, great work life balance, good department managers, fairly good alignment between orgs, better pay than competitors

Cons

HR and Operations being in Israel makes it very difficult for US/UK employees to get information on whats going on internally.
