3yWe are sorry that this is your experience and acknowledge that changes in the organization can be difficult for all involved. While we did have highlights for the quarter, there have been many challenges in the market, leading us to come to the difficult decision of layoffs. Releasing people is truly one of the hardest decisions to make, and we understand that there is room for improvement when messages are being passed down moving forward.
