      Pros

      1. Really compelling product. 2. The people here are very kind. 3. Leadership seems to be listening to feedback (although not many tangible actions yet).

      Cons

      1. Most of the development and product teams are in Israel which leads to very poor support and response times for our US Customers. 2. Benefits are not very generous compared to similar companies. 3. Company is still VERY siloed which causes incredible frustration for our customers and staff. The team in Israel is not very responsive. Period. 4. Given how much of the company revenue comes from US companies, we have (and continue to) under-invest in building a team here especially given our focus on Enterprise customers.

      Pros

      Glassbox really sees you as a person and after that as a professional (you need to be someone that it would be nice to work with). They believe in you and let you grow and develop with a lot of support.

      You have to order food to the office because of it's location

      Glassbox's corporate culture allows its employees to grow and learn a lot through both professional courses and from colleges. The level of professionalism is high and the culture encourages assisting and sharing knowledge between teams

      Cons

      there is a bit of tension throughout the growth of the company between a start-up and corporate culture which create confusion specifically around process and procedures
