Genuinely feel supported and valued. Good work is recognised, mistakes result in support and learning not grief. Pay is good for role and experience. The company has a clear goal and sense of direction.

Cons

Company is changing from startup to enterprise and there are some growing pains, nothing scary or unexpected but they are there.

- Great Work life balance - great benefits - friendly co workers - great communication with management - good resources (personal laptop and a office set up) - you feel very supported

Cons

- sometimes communication with people working other time zones is awkward - some integration with Salesforce is a bit shaky but we are continually working on it
