      Pros

      The company actually cares about the employees and tries to help them develop, personally and professionally. Also, the company's product is interesting and has a lot of potential.

      Cons

      The location of the company's office isn't the best. I think the company isn't living to its fullest potential.

      Unique product, that involves out of the box thinking. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Relatively a small company, so not having all the facilities of a large company yet (gym, music room etc.)

      Pros

      Great product which is well positioned in the market Work life balance is decent Competitive Salary & nice offices (at least in my location) As an engineer you get to work with massive amount of data Smart and nice colleagues

      Cons

      * A bit slow to update certain area of the tech stack. * Management is a bit conservative so changes are slow and takes a lot of time to get kicking.
