      Company respecting my time. the work intensity is high but not too much The product is strong and has good adoption Big data company (good place to learn the data domain) Perks and food

      Pros

      Good work life balance as the work intensity is low. People are nice.

      Cons

      This is an old enterprise mindset in a startup disguise. Lagging behind in the tech stack. No development processes, no best practices implementation, no thriving for excellency, no listening to ideas from the developers in the field. People are nice but this RND is a mess. English level - very bad, from top (c level) to bottom. Just a non professional work place that doesnt seem to care about it and have the will, power, personnel or means to catch up with industry standards in all aspects.
