Pros

Some of the nicest people ever work here. Coming from a toxic work environment with back-stabbing, two-faced people and managers, it is truly so different and genuinely real here. People are very open, communicative, and accepting of each other. The autonomy and trust placed in me to do my job is not only rewarding but makes me downright giddy.

Cons

Still runs like a start-up and processes are not in place to streamline and scale up as efficiently as they should be at this stage. I feel like I'm doing the job of 3 people.

That is a great thing when it comes to innovation but a real challenge when it comes to process and working across functional teams. No one should feel like they are doing three people's jobs. I love working here, it's the best job I've had. It's great to work somewhere where your manager wants you to succeed, and the environment is supportive, curious, and open-minded. The work is complicated and can be very difficult so you will grow here. Of course, great benefits and pay transparency helps too.

Cons

People are very focused on their work here so you may need to reach out yourself to make connections with others. That said, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Pros

Glassdoor uses the latest technology stack (Spring Boot and GraphQL) and definitely challenges the interns to work on real world scenarios. The learning curve is huge.

Cons

The location is remote. I would love to visit the office and meet my team.
