      I miss the days working at the Mill Valley office. People are nice. Leadership is transparent.

      They care about you as a person, unlimited PTO, no egos, people are always willing to help out, low stress, work from anywhere policy

      Pros

      There is no doubt that this is a company that is disrupting the traditional job marketplace. You get out, what you put in. We are encouraged to lean on one another. I feel well supported and I'm fully invested in the direction that this company is moving towards.

      I can honestly and truthfully say, there is nothing. You get out what you put into this job/company. Glassdoor offers so much ability to grow, connect, and disrupt!
