      Pros

      Dynamic work environment for a small US location, which equates to never a dull day. Lean work environment where each employee will get the opportunity to be hands on in every faucet of the industry. Competitive pay for the size of organization and industry. All and all a great place to work.

      Need to have more employee incentives.

      Brand name and nothing else at all

      Cons

      Employees treated as proprietary...no freedom of managing your time and your task on your own...unrealistic and non-professional approach...the labor laws are followed only in mother organization...work-life balance is of least priority to company...you need to beg for basic amenities for travel requisite
