Pros

The Monroe site had some of the best employees until recently. They also have excellent benefits. However, that is where the pros end. This facility could he an amazing place to work if it were run properly.

Cons

There is no room for advancement, unless you are friends with someone in upper management. The pay is below average for employees who have years of experience in the industry. Corporate does not listen to any ideas from staff who have years of experience. There is an atmosphere of "if it's not as idea from corporate or an upper management level, then it is a terrible idea." Corporate does not seem to understand how to run a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the US and they have been incapable of change.

Free health insurance but that’s about it.

Cons

Incompetent management, breakdown in processes, no work/life balance.
