Pros

Good place to work and learn. One can expect a fast growth based on his/her performance.

Cons

Salaries not on par with the market standards. Not too many benefits and a lot of politics. No pay parity maintained. Always new people who join at the same level are paid much higher than those who are in the company for long. Also increments are pathetic.
