Awful culture, meglamania is inherent at senior management level

Great people at lower levels Fast paced, good exposure to multiple areas of work quickly Hard work is rewarded

Cons

No work life balance or flexibility in approach 1980s style managment more stick and less carrot, pay is rewarded is top levels only No progressive view of innovation needed for future state and success
