- Global setup which provides good opportunities to work on a large setup.

Cons

- Business doesn't understand the value of important functions like technology and pays very limited attention to it. - There is a lot of politics and bureaucratic culture in the organization which is very harmful in the long run. - Key decisions are made even without consulting the concerned people.
