Purely nepotistic culture. People at the top keep promoting each other and bump up their salaries every year. There are virtually no promotions from within unless you are on the "list" of favored employees. Hard work, dedication, and loyalty will get you nowhere here. They fill all jobs by bringing in outside people. It's the most pompous and elitist organization I have ever encountered. Mgmt is impossible to approach and will pay you lip service. Must be related to an executive or hometown friends in order to get ahead. This company is on a slow downward spiral. They throw bad money at bad internal investments and keep toxic employees forever. It's basically a haven for nonsense, nepotism, and reciprocity. Stay away.
