People are nice, eager to teach you. There's plenty of opportunity for professional development. Glenmede lives the values it preaches.

Cons

There's a lack of social interaction, especially between departments, and webex can be hard to use sometimes for hosting a meeting

The culture of Glenmede was one of the first things I noticed. Everyone is extremely friendly and I felt welcomed immediately. There is lots of cross department collaboration so there is always opportunities to meet and work with new people at different levels.

Cons

Work computer needs to be upgraded. Everyone should have a laptop, which will make things much easier to work from home.
