Great people, lots of opportunity for self starters to learn and progress through the business. Great people who support each other. Glide offers an exciting future.

Cons

As with all companies that have grown quickly it can be a little chaotic at times but equally provides opportunity to contribute to the business and make a difference.

There are some truely outstanding people at all levels working for Glide who go above and beyond and care wholeheartly about their job and the wider outcome of it.

Cons

Lack of investment in certain areas when investing in new businesses and not looking at existing areas to upgrade and empower/reward staff. The overall feeling is areas of the business are being neglected with no clear future. The foundations are there to be a very successful company but without change the future is not clear.
