The worst Human Resources Department I have ever dealt with in my entire life. A bunch of young boys running the company.

Pros

The CEO...huge pro here. Mike is a wonderful leader and is building a 'family like' culture. Teams communicate to help each other whenever needed. We are always learning and growing from each other. It's hard to find a more passionate group of ServiceNow professionals....we are fanatics about ServiceNow! For those who like consulting and don't want to travel...this place is for you! I truly truly love working here and would scream it from the rooftops. This place is going places fast! They listen to employees feedback, ideas, and truly care what we want to say. Everything you do at a company this size makes a HUGE difference.

Cons

For those who like consulting an DO want to travel... this would be a con. I do love to travel and don't, but sure I could if I asked enough :) Processes are still being worked through since this is such a young company, but an exciting opportunity for those who are building them.

Pros

Great people at all levels of the company which contributes to a great culture. It makes coming to work fun! Everyone is available to help you at all times of the day and there are many opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

If you want to coast along at a cozy job doing the same boring stuff daily, this might not be the place for you.
