Pros

Family - From new hires to the CEO/Founders, EVERYONE is considered family and treated as such. Work/Life Balance - Need time off? NO problem! Environment - Majority of us work remotely but we keep in touch daily via Slack. People are online 24/7 and always willing to help for work or non-work questions. Truly an amazing group of people.

Cons

Cost of health benefits aren't the best.

1. Glidefast has the Best Developers 2. Honest and No Drama work atmosphere 3. A team that communicates and leaves no man behind 4. Need Dev Help? Theres a slack channel for that 5. Glidefast has the best Developers 6. Need to have a heart to heart about how you really feel about the company? The President is always available 7. I've never worked for a company that has genuinely cared about me and my experience as a developer and are 'real' about it. 8. Eager to pay for Certs/Training 9. Glidefast has the best Developers

Cons

1. its a young company, not an old tech giant like IBM or Microsoft that has had multi decades to iron out their processes... processes for some things at GlideFast either don't exist or are in the process of being built. But a Pro to that, is that they are open and available to discuss any changes to process that you would like to see, dont be afraid to question anything. 2. cant think of another..

Best company I've worked for in my professional career. I honestly cant say enough positive things about GlideFast. This is the first time I have worked for a company that truly cares about your career development. Everyone is extremely passionate about the ServiceNow space and is 100% committed to the success of the customer. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Great benefits, happy employees, solid company. This company is headed in the right direction.

Literally none. Best company I've ever worked for.
