Somewhat decent and/or good health insurance

Cons

Absolutely unorganized and unprofessional, with zero on-boarding. They claim to be different in the world of consulting, but the truth is, they represent the worst of the worst. All of that back-stabbing that goes on in the "Big Four" is rampant at GlideFast. All they care about is the rating from the customer, that puts them in a "Gold Status" with ServiceNow.

Pros

GlideFast is a fast-growing company comprised of professionals who are ready to cause some disruption in the industry with innovative ideas and new ways of working. Employees feel more like a family or team than "resources" and are driven by customer satisfaction and professional growth. It is great to be part of a company where your only limit is your own.

Cons

GlideFast is the new kid on the block, and it will take some time for this startup to have the stability of the big guys.

Pros

GlideFast challenges me to become a better developer and consultant. I love our team. We are truly a family. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help me when I get stuck. I have my team lead to escalate non-technical questions to, but no ‘micromanager’ type of people to answer to.

Cons

GlideFast is a younger company, so not everything is perfect. I do see processes continue to improve. Also we use ServiceNow for timecards, expenses, project management, and other operations. This is cool because it feels like we are drinking our own champagne and we are automating more and more each day.
