      upper management is turning the company into CVS and Home Depot because that happens to be the companies they hire everyone from. Office employees are very nice but do not care about store level employees

      Lots of opportunities, as there is a lot going on. Immediate supervisor was responsive and very competant

      Salaries kept low with the majority of employees from a purchased company laid off within one year

      Salary is good but not worth the long hours and lack of downtime.

      Cons

      Fake management who acts nice before they hire you than once you're hired turns extremely evil and selfish making you do projects for them and then telling everyone they did it. Coworkers lie, and compete with other coworkers because they can't do any better. Mostly young man run company the only females are are in power are basically men with attitudes physical properties and masculinity. They don't want you to ever take a day off work. They don't believe in sick days. They don't believe in snow days. They pretend they like it when you work from home but then once you get there they tell you that's impossible and never to ask. No work-life balance basically want you to live at the job and never go home and unless you do you will be damned for it.
