Pros

One TM amazing, the rest not so much as they don't know the business...benefits ok.

Cons

Too many upper execs being brought into a company they know nothing about, way to fast. Pushing reliable, trust worthy long time employees out the door to only pay higher wages to those replacing them. No appreciation for jobs well done just wanting more and more. No consideration for anyone but themselves and their company...this company was once a very warm and caring company, now completely just about money no care for the employees regardless of how much time or dedication one gives. Pay is below what McDonald's pays, they don't follow through with programs they set up. Bonus program is a joke with not keeping up to their words and guidelines. I had enough, walked out after writing my resignation letter, then they turn around and stated that I was termed so they didn't have to pay out vacation, nor bonuses that I earned. If your looking for a good job, don't go here. No advancement regardless of what you are fed at the beginning. They will use you then let you down once you've given them more time and energy then it's worth.

Pros

While employed here I didn't see anything that I could brag about.

Cons

Long hours, lack of training, many broken promises. They hire people to manage the office that have little to no experience in the fuel industry. With the staff they have in place, many are just out of college, thrown in cubicles, and just thrown the work at them to be done. What this company needs is a staff that has years of experience in the fuel industry. These people that have the knowledge can get the job done in 40 hours with little to no errors and would be able to meet the deadlines required within this industry. They also make broken promises. Saying you can work from home, they throw laptops at you but still require you show up daily in the office. The laptop is for after you get home from a long days work and they expect you to keep working. They throw the employees that have a deadline driven position on salary and expect to own you 24/7. People have lives and families. If they would hire upper management that has knowledge in the industry, and allow these people to guide the staff, maybe then they could keep employees. Just a sad and depressing place to be. Co-workers were pretty much friendly and would help you out, but not for too long because upper management would walk around the office and give dirty looks if anyone was out of their cube. Poor management in most departments. Most of the deadline driven managers and/or directors are hardly ever around to assist or answer questions. And this company has more meetings than the Pope himself. They have meetings to schedule meetings. I never saw anything like it in my life. In my eyes as an experienced fuel industry employee I can honestly say "I've forgotten more than they will ever know."

Pros

The benefits used to be affordable, but went up during enrollment last year. That was about the only good thing about the company.

Cons

Well, let me be clear on the fact that this is not a good company to work for like the "Current Employees" below stated. Notice they don't name their position? Anyhow, let's just say the work/life balance here is horrible, micromanaging happens everyday and even though they have a so called bonus program, they pay you late.......like 9 months late, if at all because upper management does what they can to not have to pay it to you. Life is too short and your family time is more important than working here....I just wish I had left sooner than I did!!
