      Benefits- no others I'm able to list.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible- the US Sales organization- Heartland is run like a cult! You either drink the Kool-Aid or you're treated so poorly that you're essentially forced out or actually fired. You can't trust anyone. It's absolutely the worst experience of my very successful and decades long payments career. If you're knowledgeable and skilled but don't fall in line, you'll be ousted. If I hadn't experienced it, I would never have believed that a company could actually treat hard working people so poorly. You can do far better at any other company so run to the next one. Don't even consider this place!

      Pros

      Global Payments overworks it's employees. The new CEO doesn't know how to run a company and brought in McKinsey to "fix" it. They recently let go of 2700 very experienced people in North America in a massive restructuring led by Ryan Loy from McKinsey.

      Uncaring and cold hearted C-level and executive management.

      Good benefits though losing competitive edge

      Cons

      -Inflexible work schedules -Chronically understaffed -Pay not competitive -Executives don’t seem to care about realities of changing market -Budgets are very tight but they still spend extravagantly on events (lay people off but still have Christmas parties and fly people internationally). -Very high turnover -Not diverse and some locations can even be prone to prejudices.
