Home working, good immediate managers, good tech support, very basic but passable IT equipment supplied.

Cons

Micromanaging, out of touch CEO, no pay rises, reducing budgets, endless CEO and management demands with no compensation incentives or worker consultation.

- Good product and there were great employees (a lot of them have gradually left after 8/10 months at the company)

Cons

- 9-6pm office hours & no WFH, you are forced into the office to take Zoom calls all day with people who are also in the office - no real career progression here

Don't care about employees at all. Horrible salary, using people and getting rid. Moving all position to India to get cheap labor. Don't care about quality they put out at all
