Location - Good links to Rail and Underground. Good sense of community amongst the team. Regular work incentives. Products and Portfolios are generally well established.

Cons

Lied to at the interview and encouraged to lie to clients. Unrealistic targets set by management and a robotic way of work. A lot of good employees leave within the first 6 months.

Rotten culture & incredibly unprofessional. They simply do not care about their employees. Horrific facilities/office environment.
