      Pros

      Some of the nicest people i've ever worked with. Really good to each other, especially young sales execs.

      Cons

      Where to begin. Disgusting office, no facilities for tea/coffee, one toilet for two floors . (40/50 blokes and 2 cubicles) In terms of the actual job, massively unrealistic KPI's - awful leadership - no contact between yourself and anyone except line manager who isn't even that much more experienced. You are selling something that doesn't work, it's a con - you spend all day lying on the phone and then expecting people to pay 9+ grand for it. Terrible terrible job, lovely lvoely people.

      If your were in with the right crowd you got better treatment that most and the location wasn't bad.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Goal posts constantly changing. Asked to forecast your month before targets are given so everyone is forced to lie or you get shafted. Very questionable practices. Treat staff like children

      Operate only by acquisition to generate revenue and market share Management arrogantly isolate themselves from today’s market reality Product development with ancient technology platforms Content build by inexperienced graduates Sales staff on unlimited commission, inexperienced operate on scripts and don’t care about clients
