Pros
Life is simple at PDM - they just want you to get on with your work quietly and not cause trouble. You will not be expected to or rewarded for going the extra mile.
Cons
The least professional organisation I've ever worked for. It's like a cross between Ryanair and a rough boys comprehensive school. Managers lie to employees, prospective employees and customers. IT is really old and doesn't work half the time. Horrible office, no kettle so you have to buy coffee from cafe in the basement. The only communication we ever get from senior management is the occasional all-staff email telling-off about smoking, correct school uniform, not fighting at the school disco etc. One of these was so laughable that it was printed in the Evening Standard!
