Used to be good, poor leadership and constant cost cutting / redundancies

None of note, too many good sales leaders have been let go, only the brave or the hopeless stay.

Cons

Constant cost cutting. Narcissist Chairman and micromanaging CEO. Blame everyone else for the lack of growth. New CROs are useless pawns of the owner.

Okay pay for the job, very cliquey! Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate.

Cons

No work, coworkers outright ignore people they don't like, incredibly unwelcome atmosphere if you're not in with the cool kids.
