Good work-life balance is there.

Cons

Limited transparency in every thing seniors do. Sales is king and every other department doesnt seem to matter, Managers are not supportive. Very limited growth opportunities.

The team are friendly and interesting 2 days remote working

Cons

HR is terrible. The company openly runs on a high churn model where employees are not valued. They can withhold the promotions offered for months, with no pay reflection, until you decide to leave/leverage offers from other companies.
