      Pros

      Training is second to none if you are starting out in Sales this is the place to be get a year or two under your belt. The people make it easier to work in this shambles of a place. Work Life Balance is good finish on time most of the time.

      Cons

      Too many changes, managers do what they want when they want there is no organisation what so ever no clarity and transparency everything comes to light last minute. Not the best place to earn leads are dry No stability constant changes

      The people you work with are in general excellent

      Cons

      Senior management refuses to meaningfully communicate with analyst teams Salaries have remained the same (low) for 5 years, with no perks outside of salary Mediocre progression opportunities (senior analyst is as far as anyone can realistically hope to achieve)
