      Flexible working arrangements at offered

      -no pay rises ever (not even to account for inflation) -no job security (mass redundancies every few months) -large workload -the head office wants the journalism team to be more like a PR team to sell the company’s data

      Pros

      Only pros were the people who I worked with, but even they left the company in search of a company that valued its employees, paid market rates, and offered career progression

      Cons

      - Pay far below market rates and only opportunities for salary increase/promotion is to either move to anther team or bring in a new customer - The CEO has to approve all decisions in the company, even internal transfers, which leads to long wait times for decisions - No company culture/values

      Great Commission structures, great events, winners lunches and trips abroad for top performers

      Cons

      A very boiler room culture, constantly looking at KPIs. Uninterested in understanding clients and just looking to push sales in and high volume of activity. Management is the biggest problem here and don't really value staff as humans. Aiming to create money making Robots.
