Business Outlook
Pros
Good incentives, central location and team outings can be a lot of fun.
Cons
Long hours is the biggest con - there is a lot of pressure to stay late and come early when you miss financial targets. Also, there isn't really a training programme - you're thrown in at the deep end. The biggest con would have to be the fact that the business is so central about money it forgets about its workers. In addition, the company doesn't deal with other companies in good faith - it's all about maximum cold callings and see which company takes the bait.
