Pros

Profitable company? Intuitive interface. Good industry

Cons

If you like working for a company that boasts about profitability/being a billion dollar company with minimum benefits for employees - you came to the right place. -no commuter benefits -no WFH benefits (supplies, cell phone, internet reimbursement) -no employee stock -no vision -just a discount program -2 weeks paternity leave, maternity leave not setup There is one highly incompetent/inexperienced/unresponsive HR person overseeing the entire Us.

Pros

The checks cleared but can’t honestly think of any other positive attributes.

Cons

Unfortunately 1 Star is lowest I could rate. Senior management in NY is unbelievably deceptive and please be careful if you’re even considering a role here. Do your homework- not even in the same class as competition but pretending they are innovative and better than the rest. The positive reviews here were all forced by management- literally told us we had to write positive reviews “or else”. Really? Finally, the US business is an afterthought to the UK’s business in all ways- growth, clients, budget...

Pros

Good product unethical sexist working environment. Waste of time!!!

Cons

Upper management is a total disaster. There is no such thing as communication, the team I use to work for was fairly new and received no direction what so ever, no training, we were all over promised a certain type of structure and was never fulfilled. There is no HR in the New York office. No bonuses, no opportunities for networking, very poorly managed Worst company I have ever worked for, an extreme boys club, complete lack of ethics , as mentioned in a past post below "Only work here if you want a RACIST, SEXIST, and homophobic work environment with INCOMPETENT HR to go along. If you'd like to face harassment on a daily basis, work at a place with poor business ethics, and be around people who don't care about what they do, this is the place for you." Every single thing above is a fact, and it was experienced. Huge mistake taking on a role at GlobalData.
