      Pros

      Work-life balance, opportunity to grow, in most of the cases employee efforts are recognized

      Cons

      Support teams such as admin, it and hr often lag in terms of their expected role, food in cafeteria is of poor quality, compensation is likely to be an issue if you don't negotiate it properly

      Pros

      Only good if you want a work life balance from your life. 9 Hrs work shift is a must, even if you dont have any work. No work pressure or any kind of job related tension once you leave the office.

      Cons

      There is nothing to learn, not a singe thing specially if you are in secondary research. In which most of the Associate analyst work. If you have very small dreams and just want to have a job and earning for living, this might be your place. Very limited scope for growth in the company and outside also as you are not learning even a single skill part from Google search.

      Sometimes too much reporting and too many meetings. Can feel pressurized if not generating revenue.
