Directors and Management (team leaders) are basically people with no respect, intelligence or culture. They will lie to you, bully you, give you KPI’s impossible to achieve and no proper training is given beside discussing KPI’s improvement (cold calling more) and how you can “try” to sell a bad product without complaining. My brief experience in this company just made me feel what I will never do if I create a business myself. All reviews I read on Glassdoor that are negative for this company are true. And I know because I’ve heard many times that the floor directors and team leaders are obliged to write positive reviews to increase the score, otherwise they would have 1 star. This is not from a person (like I read on other “made” comments) who didn’t presentes nice sales and results. I was good selling the product I had to sell. Always achieve my objectives but the truth is: commissions are really bad comparing to other companies, if you watched wolf of Wall Street imagine the movie without the funny parts and you will have a preview how this company works, they sell bad products by lying to clients, 80’s mentality where they give you a phone book and you need to cold call random people you will search on LinkedIn, uneducated people environment, sociopaths are the 10% who still work there after 6 months, fighting for leads against your own colleagues, I saw people fighting there, they use suits to be on the phone every day and to impress the colleague who works alongside them, people without intelligence using a script to call intelligent people, they read call stats on the floor in front of everybody, offices with 7 floors and 4 toilets available for 700 workers! Avoid this place. If you want to work in sales read the real reviews here on Glassdoor and just find a nice company to start your sales career.
