Pros

Salary and benefits, interesting and technically challenging projects, some nice and technically capable colleagues.

Cons

No team spirit, you are always on your own with no one out there to cover your back unless you belong to a certain ethnic group. Absolutely incapable management with no vision or ability to plan or execute. Many technically mediocre colleagues who could not care less.

Pros

Globalfoundries has ZERO pro's to reflect on. Poor choice of job a selection. Don't work here.

Cons

No respect for employees, unsafe work conditions. No mid level management to help employees. It's a pressured work environment with no straight answers.
