Pros

Large company with ambitious goals

Cons

Poor management in the past, had a new upper management staff about every year. Nepotism runs rampant and there are few opportunities for moving up even when completely overqualified. Also extremely poor human asset management.

Pros

people, cafeteria, laptop policy, they offer MVP insurance!. that is literally all of the pros i can think of

Cons

public humiliation is a motivational tool frequented by managers fire fighting with no long term strategy is the norm females rarely see promotions HR meetings are frequented by average employees seeking support but are unable to implement change expected to come in on off days >1/week for meetings (shift schedule gets 3-4 days weekends) little to no employee appreciation (not even a holiday card, not to mention party)

Pros

get to see how different cultures works in the company get to know how much of your family love you by still having them around when stress is wearing you out

Cons

all things done are just like Brownian motion. work hard and destroy your family life and still get bad feedback from the management team in the meetings by calling you being sitting around and being lazy. feedback from management was always in negative. no positive feedback and hardly instructive/constructive. endless political games without looking into issues seriously ( some people giving half hour speech in the meeting juts for self covering) all things are told to be with top priority (does not that mean no priority?) meetings eat up more than half of your day and you are still expected to work long hours to get all the action items fulfilled after all these meetings ( and as said, it is not appreciated)
