      Pros

      Depending on your position and your boss, there's potential flexibility to work from home. When I was employed, I received a yearly 15% bonus, but that was no longer offered to employees after I was hired.

      Cons

      Constantly changing leadership, buying other companies (which isn't a bad thing, but sometimes can cause issues), mass layoffs (and then a pizza party for those still employed). Culture is friendly, but people have their cliques.
