      Pros

      Work in a fast paced environment, casual dress attire,AWESOME trainers for people who are new the freight industry, they give out SPIFF's to maximize sales, management is always there to help you out when you need it.

      Cons

      Very little free time off the clock if you want to be successful, Very early shift if you want to be successful.

      Pros

      The pay is great! The hours are somewhat flexible, which is also great. Depending on the position, the job is easy to handle. The best thing overall is the diverse culture we have here and how harmonized we are. There's no hate, only freight. (Ok, ok that was cheezy haha!)

      Cons

      The fast pace GlobalTranz continues to grow and implement new changes gets a little overwhelming at times. There needs to be a company standard for training (Example: Scottsdale has a way better, more informative and successful training program than the Prescott Valley office).
