Growing Company that is going places

Pros

Growing company, fast paced, opportunity to earn a great income, diverse and positive workforce. The company is growing and increasing market share so room to advance. As an inside sales rep, their system of having managers available and ready to help you with clients and answer questions allows a new person to get to selling quickly. Another plus is the early work hours, this is a real plus with school age children.

Cons

My own situation was I needed more money, in a shorter time frame than I could do here. I did find a better opportunity which is why I moved on.

Growing company, beautiful new office (makes the extra drive time worth it), competent, experienced and supportive management, all approachable from manager to CFO. Putting in process improvements using input from all employees.

Cons

Long commute from west valley, process improvements still needed to accommodate growth

Globaltranz is a great place to work where you will feel appreciated! I love the fun environment and has great opportunity. If you are looking for a place to build your career, this is the place for you, best career move I ever made!

Cons

Fast growing company, some struggle with that. Other then that there is really no cons. If you have an idea on a process improvement Management is always willing to listen which is rare these day.
