      Great pay, you get out of the job what you put in. Once you have proven yourself and abilities, the opportunities are endless given the tremendous growth.

      Cons

      Get used to the rapid changes that come with rapid growth

      Great Place to Build a Resume

      Pros

      Exciting work. Managers are young and willing to find what you're good at and put you on projects that fit your strengths. If you say you want to try something, they're generally amenable. Good opportunities for advancement if you are a hard worker. Relaxed, "hip" environment.

      Cons

      The pay can be a little underwhelming for some jobs. There isn't a totally unified company culture, and experience can vary a lot by the team you're on.

      Pros

      Lots of Opportunity to grow and make good money while doing so. Fun work environment, Management does a great job to improve moral even on the worst days.

      Cons

      Can sometimes get out of hand, Constant change with this business. Requires flexibility with personal time. Have to be mindful of your work/life balance.
