      Pros

      I have worked in the freight industry for about five years and built a pretty good book of business. I made the leap to start my own company as an Independent Agent with GlobalTranz and brought my book of business with me. Now I have a lifestyle I used to only dream about. I finally get paid what Im worth! Love it.

      Cons

      Read reviews from any company and you will have negatives. Nothing's perfect. I have worked for alot of companies and what I make now more than makes up for minor flaws.

      Pros

      Superb technology, highly competitive pricing. Set up a system and network of customers and create a lifestyle that is second to none. The phone doesn't ring on the weekends or nights when family time is most important.

      Cons

      System support, but it's not bad, and it is getting better day by day. You must be a self starter, go-getter, and know how to sell the product/service.
