Pros
I may be very biased to say the least, but I could not imagine working anywhere else but GlobaTranz. The management staff is there to help ANYONE and EVERYONE succeed. Whether you are brought in as Sales or Operations the sky is truly the limit. Ultimately you will receive what you put into this company; if you continually push everyday (nights and weekend) you're take home will blow you're mind. Nothing in life comes easy, you have to strive and persistently try to grow each day, and the rewards will fall into place. I have now worked with GlobalTranz since April and can attest first hand to the wonders within this organization. I am not going to lie, I do work around the clock, but why not; you control you're take home at the end of every month. I am shocked to read reviews of past employees who continue to bash GTZ as if they were mistreated? Everyone is offered the same tools to succeed but ultimately no one can make you successful but yourself. Working at GlobalTranz it takes time, time to put into knowing regions, carriers, rates, etc, all of which does not magically happen over time. Growing pains will accompany any individual who works at GlobalTranz but after persistence and diligence you can make more money then you thought possible. I do not like to iterate upon the money alone, because that is not solely my driving force to succeed at this company nor should it be anyones. Working at GlobalTranz you learn to love the people whether its management or fellow employees, the environment is bar none where I have become best friends with others I work alongside with. If brought onto this team you will spend more time with the people you work with than anyone else in you're life, why not enjoy it?? Some of my closet friends are those who I started with back 9-10 months ago. I never thought I would wake up everyday just waiting to get into the office so I could go to work.
Cons
I truthfully do not have a negative thing to say about this company. I read other's reviews and yes computers are not always perfect and at times there are glitches but you also have a phone in you're pocket, use that if needed (should be common sense). Yes, the company grows so quickly that the structure does change (but everyone company grows, and not at this speed, so expect changes). Yes, at times valuable people have to be let go, but has anyone stated the reasoning on why they were let go within their review? (Thought so). People who have so many negatives to speak about GTZ need to reevaluate why they are no longer with the company and possible take a look in the mirror.
