This is a great company with a lot of growth.
Pros
It is a fun and great environment to be around and after working here for a few months, I can't think of a reason not to get up in the morning and head to work. The pay is great and the people that work here are amazing, starting from the new people walking in the door to the ones that have been here for years. The growth and movement up in this company is wide open and anything can happen. I was promoted after my second month with the company. I have never had a job where that has happened. I know i will stay and grow with this company till i am ready to find a beach somewhere out of the AZ heat.
Cons
This is a sales job and you have numbers you have to hit. It is a fun place to work but some people like the fun part more than the work part. There is some turn over but as long as you do your job you will be ok.
