      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere and prideful culture. Great support from management and team interaction. Growth potential is outstanding in such a fast growing company. I have seen several people come and grow their career at very rapid pace.

      Growing pains, must be able to adapt well with rapid change.

      Pros

      I work here because there is a lot of opportunity and I believe in the technology. I believe I can grow and achieve my goals in the position I have been hired for. I love my team and I enjoy coming into work everyday.

      Cons

      There are very minor challenges working here. It is very high stress but I like to work with that so I can be more flexible in situations and more responsive.

      Pros

      GlobalTranz is growing at a tremendous rate. We just moved into a brand new facility right next to Talking Stick! The sky is truly unlimited here. Sales Managers are constantly running contests to win extra cash as well as almost daily team competitions. Unlike other places everyone is committed to your success here. It is one of the better places I have worked over the last 15 years.

      Cons

      Sales is Sales, you get out of it what you put into it. To many people look to fault others vs taking responsibility. That is why people fail.
