      Teaches you alot about the industry and how to deal with people

      Pros

      You will learn the industry very well. You can make good money but sometimes you have to be a shady person.

      Cons

      Some stress but that's normal. Managers always have to have the last word. They have you working on terrible freight that is underquoted and you know you are going to lose mok money on.

      Pros

      Brilliant co-workers Amazing boss who DOESN'T MICROMANAGE (Very Rare These Days) Allow you follow passions & interests with job duties Fast Paced Fun Environment Fitness center | basketball court | doctor on site The training they provide is amazing. I love this job the most, because I learn something new almost everyday.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Is definitely a job that requires you to be mentally coherent. Some business systems are spread across so many different areas it's hard to be adaptive with solutions in a timely manner. Overall though, this company is amazing, and seams to improve by the day.
