      Pros

      Unless you're best friends with the higher ups, there aren't many pros to this job. They offer a decent pay but with a lot of work. Unless you're in with the big dogs, then you get paid a ton of money to do nothing and you'll get away with it for many years too.

      Cons

      There isn't much room for growth for normal, hard working people. They make promises they can't keep and even with outstanding end of year reviews, might offer you a 25 cent raise if you're lucky.

      Good schedule, reliable work, and decent pay for the role in the industry

      Cons

      There is pretty much no growth opportunity unless you make lateral moves. Leadership are all people who have worked at the company for 10+ years and are not going anywhere. They are also removing all remote work flexibility which is disappointing.
